The “ED” stands for the educational component of our programs that teach specific leadership skills to equip and define you as a successful global leader.
Today, communities, businesses, and organisations work with more diverse groups under more competitive conditions than ever before. Leaders must have the tools to connect not only locally but also with people globally.
EDventure International empowers individuals by teaching global leadership skills and behaviours stemming from four perspectives of ability: Personal, Social, Organisational, and Cultural – achieving a high level of competency in all four areas makes one a Global Leader:
Understanding and valuing yourself.
Challenging and connecting with others.
Guiding and building your organisation.
Knowledgeable about cultural differences and building cultural bridges.
The philosophy of Global Leadership upholds the four competencies as building blocks, each one building on the previous one. They are, however, interdependent and connected. Becoming a great leader through obtaining these four competencies is essential both personally and professionally.
EDventure International provides overseas leadership and personal development, applied through volunteer work in local (in-country) communities. Life is a continuously progressing journey, and these experiences will equip you with the skills you need to be successful.
